The MBCA – British Columbia Section and their organizers, agents and servants (collectively the “Organizers) are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any person or property either before, during or after the MBCA event, for any reason whatsoever including negligence on the part of the organizers. In consideration for being able to participate in the MBCA event, I agree to assume all risks involved in participating in the event and agree to the Organizers relieving themselves of all liability for losses and damage for all and every description. I further agree to notify any passengers in the above vehicle(s) of this liability release and to indemnify and save harmless the Organizers from any and all claims relating to any of the above vehicle’s participation in the show.

My attendance at the MBCA event is an acknowledge of having read this liability release and indicated by my acceptance.
